The rear or thru axle. There's loads of places you can purchase. If you've rounded the Allen key slot, you can try to hammer a spline bit into it and use that to undo and remove it.
The old one will have a size or part number on it that you can Google.
If you search the internet with your bike name and model as well as the phrase rear or thru axle you should find at least a description of the frame that will give some clues.

Websites such as robertaxleproject.com may also provide an answer.

Once you know the size (12mm X ???mm) and the thread pitch, there are lots of makers, I've used Maxle before and if you're struggling to find, don't forget to check out Amazon.

As @Jackware says, there are ways to get it out if it's rounded. I did something silimar here :

I couldn't get a replacement axle at the time so it's actually still like that now ... :)

It works for now but it’s the cap that the thread goes into which is starting to round off. Can’t find the cap anywhere, or even the thru bolt. That size seems illusive

Ok, I'm confused. You highlighted the Allen key end of the axle and shown us the axle's measurements but you say you need the part that the axle screws into, but haven't photographed that side?

I think he means that the end washer or dustcap kind of thing has come off of the end ( Allen key end ) bit like my issue I had but looks like his thru axle has a tapered end so will still be ok and just look silly as it will have a big gap where the cap would cover and fit nicely into the circle hole in his picture !

It makes you wonder why after all these years of rounded Allen bolts that they haven't made everything torx. Many of the bolts on my bike, stem(clamp and bar) are torx, post clamp, etc etc but others which receive a high torque they've kept as allen.

Sorry. There are Allen keys in both ends. The picture I first put up has started to round off but you can still get the thru axle out via the other end.

Maybe it is but it’s true
The first picture has a Allen key tightened to 20nm and the other picture you can see the Allen key near the writing and that’s tightened to 10nm.

Ok ok, looks like we are getting somewhere nice one jack. So does that nut hold the hanger on then? Nothing to do with the thru axle?

Yes, looks like it from the images of the hanger showing the threaded section.
It didn't click that your first image was the from the cassette side 🙄🤔
