What comes w/ Trance XE+Pro3 bike?

Anyone can tell me what came with their bike?
My partner got a new Trance XE+Pro3 bike from a bike shop in June. All we received with the bike was a box with the charger and small pamphlet about charging. Nothing else.
My new Cannondale on the other hand came with the charger (of course) and a bunch of manuals and a Shimano tool for the cables.

On the Giant website they list a tubeless kit as an extra with the bike. True? And what about info for the components? Any extra manuals?

I got mine used but the seller only included the charger and the pigtail adapter for off-bike charging.

I heard from others a shock air pump and tubeless kit were also included. All manuals are digital from what I understand, at least in the US.
