During a ride a went to put the seat from full down to full up and the lever had no resistance. Found this and the cable can pull out further.
Any help would be appreciated?

If the cable has come undone (as seems likely) the seat post will pull right out and you will not be able to push/pull the outer out of the seat tube. If this is so, I suggest you thread a new cable from the lever end and this should stick out from the seat tube enough to push/pull the outer. You may be lucky and find the little barrel shaped cable clamp still in the mechanism at the bottom of the post, if not it's dropped into the motor area.

Thanks. The latter sounds like it could be a problem??

If it has dropped out you may be able to find it by taking off the left hand motor cover. You can get spare ones, Google "dropper post cable clamp", try and get one that uses Allan keys.

Looks like it’s just pulled off the end.
All I can say is at the 7week old mark for the bike and the other issues I’ve had. I’m not impressed!
It better be warranty????

Personally I would take the opportunity to upgrade the lever to something like a Wolftooth or PNW Loam lever and just go grab a new gear cable (thats what you use for a dropper) and reinstall the dropper using the existing outer.

Likely the cable clamp wasn't done up that tight, but the way the stock dropper is connected isn't ideal IMO - Much better to have the end of the cable with the built in ferrule at the post end, and the adjustment at the lever end.

Yeah that’s how I would have thought it would be. So basically I’m getting a new gear cable (any gear cable??) and maybe upgraded lever. I attach to the dropper end and feed cable back through the cable sheath and then attach to lever????
Is it that simple?

Yes but you still have to get the outer sticking out of the seat tube, hence my advice on push/pull. Wolf tooth and, I think, One Up do levers that have the bare end at the lever and they do mounts specific to your brake. Shimano gear cable is perfect.

I can see the outer down in the seat tube. I have extra long needle nose pliers. Can I pull it back up to the top of seat tube.
i am lookingat the wolftooth now. Going to order.
hey thanks mate appreciate the help.

IMHO it is not so easy to revert the cable. You cannot fit the lever-end to the seatpost.
Simply buy a new cable (any), unscrew the lever and push the outer into the frame as much as possible, put the new cable in the outer from the lever side until you can grab it at the seat-tube. Pull out the outer to get its seatpost end.
Slide the ferrule over the cable and continue as following picture tells!
Fix the allen scew propperly. Normally the cable does not slide through the ferrule!
