Weird sounds!

Hey dudes, I have a reaction hybrid exc 750 and I experience this weird resonating metallic sound whenever I'm pedaling between 25ish to 28ish km/h. It's not constant, and it's not always noticable. I can reproduce it every time I pedal hard to the mentioned speed, I can then even feel slight vibrations through the pedals.

I did some testing to see what could it be, but so far no luck. On work stand there's no sound. Motor shut off, the sound appears, doesn't matter which gear. Obviously tightened all the bolts and just checked spoke tension with my fingers. Regularly after every cleaning I have to center the calipers because they rub on the pads. The rotors are not wobbly. I already accepted that the rotors rub on the pads when I corner, so what could it be??

On unrelated note, my arse hurts like seven hells after 2 hour ride, should I change the seat or get padded shorts first (did 900 km in past 3 months).

An Ergon SMC Sport Gel saddle sorted that problem out for me, pricey but did the job and looks smart too.

My rotors don't rub on corners, I don't think I've ever had rotors rub when cornering, on any of my bikes. Are your wheel bearings in good condition, is there any slack in them? You could have worn bearings that are causing the noise and vibration. I'm probably wrong as I'm not experienced with bike mechanisms, just a bit of DIY,

Regarding the saddle, I can honestly say that the saddle on my hybrid reaction pro is the most comfortable I've ever used and I gave up with padded shorts ages ago. The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence: Nat Fit Seq

The bike is 3 months old, I don't think the bearings are worn out yet. The rotor rubbing when cornering doesn't always happen, and when does, it's a split second. I even read it's common with Magura.
However that resonating/vibrating sound when going at higher speed is still bothering me.

I get this every so often (also Magura), it's just flex/twist from forks and wheels and whatever else, not an issue, had it on a few bikes. I have a 24" wheel sized rigid street trials bike also with Maguras and don't get any rub on there while cornering because the frame, forks and wheels are super stiff.

OK, didn't know that it was that new; as you say, probably not the bearings then.
