Using a bike stand...

I remove the 3.5kg battery from our 25kg alloy Rails then lift and clamp at the top bar balance point on a Park Tools PCS-9.3 stand. To date the top bars haven’t crushed. :)
Are there any marks left on the paint? Do you use a shop towel or anything else to cushion it?

No marks, the clamp has thick rubber top and bottom covers.

Awesome, thanks. If you have a photo of your bike hanging in the stand I'd love to see it when it's clamped to the top tube. I have been meaning to try that on my '22 Levo, but the bar is not cyclinderical it's more oblong.
The ('22 alloy) Rail top bar is also oblong so doesn’t look pretty but it holds OK, will try to remember to take a pic.
