Rob do you have ANY actual evidence that Ebikes have been issued in those two locations? I doubt you do.

Are you asking if I have evidence that tickets have been issued? If so, of course not. But I've read about the penalty in more than one place.

It's frustrating because I'm not that far from Park City and would love to pop up there for a few days and ride, but I'm not quite in the mood to deal with that potential BS.

I know that no tickets have been issued to ebike's equipped with cards strumming the spokes to sound like a fake motor have been issued tickets. It causes the Ranger's brain to cross wires.
