Upgrade to Bosch Kiox display

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice/ info on how to download rides from Bosch Kiox/ eBike connect to Komoot.
I’ve recently upgraded from Purion to Kiox (it’s a much improved display) and removed my Garmin edge plus from my Orbea Keram. The Garmin used to sync seamlessly with Komoot and I was hoping i could replicate that with Kiox/ eBike connect. Has anyone had success transferring ride data to Komoot? If so, how did you get it to work? I’ve followed the steps i can find on Bosch and Komoot sites but not having any success.

This is done in the eBike Connect app from Bosch.

Open the app and tap on the more button in lower right corner
Select settings
Scroll down to connected apps where you will find komoot at the top of the list
Activate the slider and connect your Bosch and komoot accounts by providing the correct credentials
Select whether you want to synchronize either every single ride or the completed tours after the ride data has been reset

All activities will then automatically sync with komoot. You will also find all your planned tours from komoot in the eBike Connet app to navigate with your Kiox.
