I have removed the hanger assembly that fits through the frame but went mounting the new derailleur the diameter of the new bolt is much smaller that the hole in the frame
Surely this can’t be right am I missing some kinda of spacer or bush ?

Looks like I am missing part “E” can anyone confirm is this meant to come in the kit or do you buy it separately

So…..I just went through this after my dog ate that piece. The red bushing can be bought separately but nobody has the part number loaded to order it. I even had my buddy in the US check for me and he said the same thing, SRAM shows it in their parts book but you can’t order it.

You have to buy the whole kit, it comes with D,E and F. It’s only came in stock this month, I’ve been waiting since September for it!! I’ve only found it online at one shop, it’s £30.

This is the part number for the XO:
11.7518.104.002

Edit: It should be in the box as it’s part of the kit. If it’s not there I’d be making some phone calls.

Hi
Thank you for this really helpful
I will call the supplier tomorrow but the hassle of removing cassette and packing it all up ( not to mention there out of stock now )

Might be easier if I take the hit and pay the £30

Cheers for the help

I’m guessing someone must have broke that piece and robbed one out of the box once they realised they couldn’t get a replacement for months. It’s a pretty flimsy piece of junk to be honest, a metal washer basically glued to a plastic tube. They’re fairly easy to break, especially after they’ve been torqued a few times doing the derailleur setup.
