Turbo Levo Roof Rack

Hi Guys

I am sure this has been covered a million times but i cant find the answer i am looking for.

I have a 2019 Turbo Levo and currently move it in my van. I am changing back to a car and want to be able to move the bike on my Thule Roof Rack.

Problem is the bike carriers dont hold the weight. Does anyone remove the battery when travelling, If so how to you protect it from water. Ideally i need a 3d printed insert to bolt in but cant find prints anywhere.

The other option i have seen is the Inno Tyre holder Bike Carrier which is rated to 23kg but has a max wheel base of 120cm and my XL Levo is 126cm.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I use a roof rack for my trek rail. Battery removed and front wheel also. I have some velcro straps and a roll of waterproof closed cell foam stuff that is 2mm thick. It won't keep everything out completely but nor will your bike when riding in wet conditions.
