Ride it and find out what bits you don't like... otherwise change the forks, shock, brakes, grips and bars.....and wheels...and tyres...and seat..

+1 for this as the best suggestion (i.e. ride it for a bit first and then decide what, if anything you don't like). However, before you upgrade the entire brake system if you end up wanting more I would suggest adding one of these 220mm rotors on the front (on the back it would be overkill IMO). It's a relatively cheap way to substantially improve the stock brakes and could still be used even if you eventually did also upgrade the other parts of the brake system. In addition to the larger diameter, it's slightly thicker than the stock rotor which to me gives a better feel.

Also when you are riding around and learning about your new toy, take note of whether you are using all the gears on the cassette. If you end up mostly in the smallest/tallest gears then a larger chainring is a very common/cheap/easy swap. 36t seems to be the sweet spot for many although some have gone even larger depending on where and how you ride. There is a bunch of info on chainring options in various other threads.

The 36t will be a good solution because i am running out of the gears just don’t know if i’ll buy it from Hope or anthing else like Praxis or? ?‍♂️

I’m running a 27.5” Crank Brother Synthesis, 35mm rim with 2.4 Big Betty which works well and doesn’t shoulder out
Many opt for Hope though the waiting list is long.
So far it’s taking a lot of abuse!

Upgrades I have done on my 2020 Comp .

35mm carbon Bar (Oneup) and a 45mm Stem
Removed the GX and put on an 11 speed XT shifter, 11 Speed XT rear Der. (Have a Deore rear der and a 11/52 11sp Deore steel cassette when that is worn out in the pipeline) Some people say you don't need more than 42 ... but we have big long climbs with tight switchbacks and the lower gears help keep the cadence up)
Changed Grips to Death Grips
Changed tires to MM and HD both 2.6

I also have a 2021 Expert Carbon ... and I honestly think my Comp rides better than the Expert (I'm really struggling to get that fox dialled vs the Lyric on the comp)
