Ride it and find out what bits you don't like... otherwise change the forks, shock, brakes, grips and bars.....and wheels...and tyres...and seat..
+1 for this as the best suggestion (i.e. ride it for a bit first and then decide what, if anything you don't like). However, before you upgrade the entire brake system if you end up wanting more I would suggest adding one of these 220mm rotors on the front (on the back it would be overkill IMO). It's a relatively cheap way to substantially improve the stock brakes and could still be used even if you eventually did also upgrade the other parts of the brake system. In addition to the larger diameter, it's slightly thicker than the stock rotor which to me gives a better feel.
Also when you are riding around and learning about your new toy, take note of whether you are using all the gears on the cassette. If you end up mostly in the smallest/tallest gears then a larger chainring is a very common/cheap/easy swap. 36t seems to be the sweet spot for many although some have gone even larger depending on where and how you ride.
