Standard is best. That allows for flex at both ends of the shock, trunion is less flexible that can lead to issues if the frame flexes past the design limits of the shock.

Thanks for that.

Seems like the air shocks are 190 x 51 and the coils are 185 x 55 trunnion.

Was going to go with a coil at the rear but might have a rethink.

Are You sure? Trunnion mount needs ball bearings in the swingarm. Standard mount works without, the bushing is press fit into the shock eyelet allowing the shock to turn around the trough axle. 2 different system, not compatible imho.
