Picture would help but ,
Some are self extracting
if you have what looks like a big and little allen bolt the inner bolt just comes undone and pulls the crank arm as you undo it ,
If you only have a single allen bolt then you need an extraction tool like in the link below (y)

I already have that one it doesn't work as the middle of Crank is hollow the that tool as nothing to push against

Some of those style crank pullers have two ends for different spindles. The small diameter end is for older square taper bottom brackets, and the large diameter end is for spline spindles.

If your tool only has the small size you can use an insert such as the shimano TL FC-15, or you can improvise with an appropriately sized low-profile bolt (choose one that won't push into the internal threads) or maybe a coin of the correct diameter (the TL FC-15 is 16.5mm).

The E-13 cranks on the Rail 9.8 are 6000 Al and pretty soft. I find that they come off pretty easy.

IMG_8034.png IMG_8033.png You probably got the crank-arm off by now (using the biggest hammer you can find) but I found these useful.

If you already have the puller for square taper, then buy the shimano TL FC-15. If you don't have a puller, then buy the Park Tool compact crank puller pictured above, it will work with spline cranks (what you have) and square taper.
