Has anyone used this recently? Any idea if it's quick? Managed to almost kibosh my carbon line 30 front rim, 5th ride on the Rail. I've a trek dealer a couple of miles along the road, just don't wanna be ebikeless for weeks.

Hoping they have a decent stock of rims in the UK ??

I was riding along a broad grassy ridge on a local hill, not really paying attention, square edged a rock, and tbh my front tyre pressure was down around 12 psi. Self inflicted.

Carbon? Looks like bent aluminum. If they won't warranty it, you can take a pliers and bent it back to somewhat straight.

Aye, it does, I think it's just the light hitting it, defo carbon though.

Yeow. I wouldn't have expected that type of deformation in carbon. Definitely ask for replacement. Show them Danny MacAskill's recent video where he tries to destroy Santa Cruz rims.
