transferable warranty question.

Please could i ask if the warranty is transferable on these units/ batteries as i have been offered a second hand one for reasonable money. Also is there a high rate of failure or are they generally bulletproof( levo 2019 kit) Thanks.

If it’s a 2019 Levo the motor will have 4yrs from date of purchase warranty transferable .
Battery 2yrs .
Frame and wheels are lifetime for original owners but 2yrs if not registered . The motor is all you need to worry about

Warranty is not transferred to second owner but I look after all customers and reasonable repair costs should something occur such as switch or connector need replacing there is no charge apart from return postage.

Thanks, im not anticipating any problems and the battery seems to be holding its charge so all is good.
