This may be of interest to anyone experiencing issues pairing their devices to their TQ system following an update to their bike's software over the last couple of months.
I took my Trek Fuel EX-e to my local shop in October 24 for a system software update and, following this, I could not pair my bike with my device, neither through the Trek Central app nor the TQ app. The shop also could not find a solution, so I took my bike home to puzzle it out myself.
I deleted and then reinstalled both apps and then got the Bluetooth connection on my device to forget the bike. I then switched on the bike, turned on Bluetooth, and re-paired the bike. The connection then worked perfectly.
Did I need to delete and reinstall both apps, as well as deleting the Bluetooth memory? I can't be sure, and just deleting the Bluetooth memory may have been sufficient but, whatever the case, everything now appears to work fine.

Have often found that Bluetooth connection issues are frequently solved by making a device forget a connection then re-pairing. No rhyme or reason to this ...
