Towing a kid trailer and panniers on an E-MTB?

Has anyone figured out how to have panniers and a kid trailer on an E-MTB (Levo)? I contacted OMM, but they don't offer solutions.

There’s a guy on IG that has a rack on his E160 you could check that out and maybe ask him on IG what he’s running.
