Hi guys, For some reason, it is taking 2-3 full seconds of turning the cranks before the power kicks in. is there a way to reset/recalibrate the Dyname motor?
Thanks in advance!

It also looks like I have a 199 error code?

And yes, I have searched every online resource I can think of, I can’t find a real tech manual for this motor anywhere.

Have you tried to re calibrate from the menu in the Jumbotron display? Other than that you might need to go to the LBS. Check that your three sensor magnets are still there on the back wheel as well.

Forgive my ignorance, but can you please tell me how to find that setting in the menu?
I haven’t stumbled across it yet. Thanks!

With the Jumbotron display on-press and hold the top button on the handle bar remote(not the up/down toggle).
Use the down button and go to settings-then calibration, use the the top button to select-follow instructions.
You can change your tune as well in these menu settings.
Hope it helps.

adjust it to Boost +2 , it'll ride like how you want it to ride. Save it in tune 1 and never look back lol
