I'm Toni from Croatia. I own a giant fathom e +3 2020. I can't connect the application at all, it asks me to upload but it doesn't work at all and I can't enter the bike settings.

Welcome Toni. I don't know anything about your bike but most apps communicate with bluetooth so make sure bluetooth is turned on in your phone. Also there are different versions of bluetooth. IF bluetooth is turned on and it still does not work. Borrow a friends phone and see if it works on a different phone (with a different version of bluetooth).

You might need to take it to your nearest Giant dealer who should have a computer with special giant software to fix this sort of problem (I once had the same problem).
