Hi All,

ordered some tokens for my Fox 36 and DPS shock on my 2020 Levo Expert.

I find if i set sag. i bottom out easily. But if i up pressure the ride is too firm.

Looking for some insight on a starting point for the tokens?

Im 100KG, is anyone else a simular weight and how many tokens do you run?

you should find there are two tokens already in the fox 36, I would add another two.

not sure about the shock, but I'd like to know as I want to try some myself.

I'm picking my XL comp up on Thursday. I'm 118 with rucksack, etc. and will be asking the same question. I'll report back what they say.

Added two tokens today. Might be a bit too much ramp up on first impression but not been out yet.

opened rear shock, I had a orange spacer in. Removed and added red. Orange is .8” and red is .95”

Yeah there were two orange tokens already in. So I’ve added another 2 as per your recommendation.

Make sure you don't take out too much pressure. I did this recently after adding a token and was sitting in the mid-stroke of the travel. Strangely enough I had to add 5psi to make it plush again.

Thanks, will keep that in mind. Did you run the recommended 30% sag? or drop to 20%?

Kept bottoming out harshly with 30% on repetitive hits and big drops. Definitely closer to 20%.

I weigh 75 kilos. Have a 2021 Levo Comp with Fox 36 fork. Came with 2 spacers. I added 2, and it was too much. 1 extra was perfect. I would guess at your weight you'll need at least 2.

Picked up my XL Levo Comp yesterday and asked about tokens. Sorry, but the response was not quite as conclusive as I had hoped.

I was told "well you certainly don't need them in northern Germany". 'Cos it's kind of flat up here. "But if you're planning a trip to Harz or something like that, come back in and will fit them for you".

So if you're planning on anything more adventurous than somewhere with a few small drops, then it's probably worth it.

Interestingly, he said that fitting the tokens in the fork involves pulling the fork apart, so nothing that one could easily do at home. Before you ask, I didn't get the impression he just wanted to avoid the work

By the way I quoted my weight with everything as 118 Kg and his response was "great - that's no problem". I think he said the weight limit was 130 without bike. I'm not 100% on the actual figure (maybe 140?), but he was clear that it was without bike.

Thanks for the update. i got out last night and its made a considerable difference to the perfomance and handling.

Installing the tokens in the fork took minutes to do. All i needed to do was remove the pressure, unscrew cap (32mm Socket), clip new tokens on and tighten and pump back up.
