Tire issue

How can this happen?
Was riding couple of days ago , when we stopped for a break I noticed my tire had sealant all over on the rim edges. Tire pressure dropped to 1 bars. Wich I diddnt notice.

The trail where some rocks etc but I went over them fairly slow as if was crazy slippery.
I pumped up the Tire around 2.2 bars pre ride

And I probably guess the tire is blown

It looks like a bead failure to me. May not be anything to do with how you ride or where you ride. I have had two bead failures and I was riding with 10-12 psi lower pressures than your 32psi.

Is that a Continental tyre by any chance? I had two Conti tyres where the bead failed in almost exactly the same place on the tyre as each other (next to the logo). And within a few tens of miles of distance covered (ca. 700 miles). It looked like a manufacturing defect to me. Both my failures required the tubeless sealant to be cleared out and then a tube to be fitted, and then a careful ride home.

First one tyre failed, I was refunded easily and I bought the same type of tyre from a different on-line shop and in a different country, then the replacement failed in the same way. I was refunded, again without a problem.

No it's an pirelli scorpion enduro M in hardwall version, bought in August. I haven't ridden it that much since I switched tires in between.
I doubt I can get it refunded of get a new one

It is well worth a try. Newish tyres should not fail at the bead like that. One email with a photo of the bead failure and one showing the almost brand-new tread won't take long to do and you might get a new tyre or a refund!

The bead does not look properly seated on that rim all across the section shown in your photo. The raised ridge on the tyre wall typically sits only a bout 3mm from the rim.

The bead is like that on both tires and I think it's properly seated with some heavy pops

Thats the thread of the tire. Doesn't look like to much wear I guess.

Before you send a photo, give the section you are photographing a bloody good clean! It will add a sheen of "newness"!

I know. That's exactly what I would do.

Frankly, the advice applies to pictures posted here on the forum, as well. Expert riders don't allow months' worth of filth to accumulate on their bikes. Wash the bike and at least LOOK like an expert.

Actually I diddnt clean it but already send a message yesterday to to webshop(alltricks.com)

I told them that I did some research online, and that some experts told me It's an bead failure.

They responded today:

We will send you a new tire as soon as I send a photo of the tire with proof of destruction.

All in all a good and fast service

I think those rims are a little too narrow for 2.6 tires and it may be putting too much stress on the bead. Narrow rims with a wide tire will cause more tire squirm and tire roll with the tire trying to roll off the rim. If you use wider rims you will get better sidewall support and less tire roll and squirm and less bead failure.

My rear Michelin E-Wild has just done similar. In my case I started feeling a sideways kick with every rotation of the wheel, the faster I went the worse it felt. Unmounting the tyre revealed the start of bead failure, causing the tread to run untrue to the rim.

I thought about contacting Michelin, but just sucked it up and paid about £44 for a replacement tyre and all is now good again.
