Does not happen when the bike is off.

Am I looking at a new motor, but it is a 2018 model or should a repair be considered.

PS Any recommendations for e-bike motor repairers.
PPS Started whirring today.

Sounds like the belt has stripped.

You need to get Brose Replacement Kit from somewhere.
