I don't know how to set suspension up in all honesty. I had it quite firm that day. Ill attach pics of how I had it set up

You were indeed going for quite a bit of compression damping there. Given how responsive that adjustment on the 36 Rhythm is, I'd try just backing the front compression off a bit. Then hit some bermed and flat corners when you get the chance and see how that feels when you deliberately (so you're in a position to recover) overcook it a bit. Even though you might reveal other issues eventually (presumably you had set it there originally to do *something*), at least you should regain some more front grip relative to the rear. And then you can start re-sorting your suspension from at least a better basis (not so much the exact setting, but just better appreciation of how you might want to approach that setting between the two ends).
