I own the 2021 and i am thinking of getting the 2022.
From what i read the rims that were 25mm inner are now 30.
I know that might be a mistake. Do you have factual info?

The difference in rims is actual info. Other than that those bikes are extremely similar. There is no incentive in buying a new bike. The motor is the same. Battery is the same. More or less everything is there same. You will NOT feel the difference between 25 and 30mm rims too. Ride your bike. Save money and environment.

Other differences are the controller is new. Has a display. And there are racks and fenders as well. This is on the Canadian version.
Would you have a link for that? The one i saw is pretty much a copy of my 2021 but instead of green the frame color is amber glow. The retail is 4699$ instead of 4,400$. I am in Quebec. I saw a 12S model with 625Wh but not for my area. Thanks

Thanks Dave. I am not into fenders. I went to our LIV website to see the woman version.
That is where i found the price $4,699 and i saw the color on an other site.

Giant has some fairly strange model differences per country.

The 2022 Stance E+2 first shipment is arriving in New Zealand shortly, it will retail for NZ$6399.00 (US $4288.00 CAN $5470.00 or AUS $5978.00 UK £3154.00). Specs appear to be exactly the same as the 2021.

The one difference seems to be *****
  • Rim Giant AM 29", Tubeless ready, 30mm inner width *****.
  • my 2021 they are 25mm.
  • Our retail price in Canada is lower than mentioned but with the sales taxes in Quebec it comes to that amount. The owner at my shop said the price is likely to be a bit more in 6 months when mine is expected to arrive here.

I purchased my Stance in June 2021 for NZ $5799.00, my rims also came tubeless ready so the extra 5mm increase in rim width certainly must explain the additional NZ $600.00 price increase....:ROFLMAO::unsure:

Just noticed that the swing-arm no longer comes with a velcro chain cover, obviously Giant having spent so much on the wider rims need to recover some costs somewhere.
