2019.

I just loaded it up, connected ..

Thought .. eh, what ?!??!

It's not that bad, it just has so many options and has grown due to so many user requests it just seems a bit confusing at first.

I'd say just give it a go, if you don't go clicking on fields, nothing will change. Just take your time and hold back on the beer for 10 minutes :)

Gotchya- will do.

Thanks so much!

Cheers! ?

BLEvo was a lot less complicated than I had thought it would be ?.

Bummer is I need to adjust my wheel size below 2100mm and that appears to be the limits of BLEvo - unless someone can direct me otherwise ?

Thanks,

Mark

I have persevered! I found that by adjusting the speed limiter setting slightly in BLEvo it has the effect of making the wheel smaller and since I only needed a slight adjustment, I was able to bring my wheel size down to 2019mm as reported by Mission Control.

I marked out a mile with my car and am just short of it by about 55’ per the TCD on my Levo. At this point, I’m calling it a win. When comparing the GPS speedometer to the TCD I appear to be within .3 MPH.

If I had more control over the wheel size I could bring the circumference down a bit more and maybe get even closer ?

Happy Day for me as I’ve been struggling with this issue for some weeks. Thanks for all the guidance I received here. So appreciate the support ??????

Cheers all and be well!

Glad you got the issue resolved...

I’d probably ask Specialized Rider Care (support) why your mileage/speed were not accurate when you had the correct wheel circumference specified...maybe they have a software issue/bug.

Mine “seems” fairly accurate...but I’m only comparing mine against my Garmin.

Thanks! It is odd that I had to continue to adjust the wheel circumference down to 78” to get the TCD to be close to correct - that’s several inches off the actual wheel size.

Interestingly - the hours I spent talking/emailing with Specialized Rider Care no one ever asked me my wheel size. I’m currently running 27.5 x 2.3. (stock on the 2016 Levo) 2255mm the only option in Mission Contol is 29ers way off for my needs. Rider care even sent me a brand new TCD in an attempt to correct the issue ?‍♂️

I get that I’m nearly the only one still using the TCD (as compared to those using other web based apps) it is important to me that it works properly - especially since it was a Christmas gift. After posting here and with all the advice/guidance I received, I’m surprised Rider Care never made similar suggestions.

Hopefully, these posts will encourage others to use the TCD. It’s a cool device when it works properly ?

Thanks all and be well!
