Has anyone got a good description of ride feel altering the tuning settings in the app?

Should you just leave torque at max and control everting with “support” etc?

Went out with a mate yesterday who had 40% battery left in his heckler when I was flat. (30km 1000m) Need to make the econ settings a little more friendly to use.

Is there a big difference in limiting torque vs support? I can’t feel a difference, if one is low it just feels lower power. Not sure what the other one is meant to do

Support has a direct relation to the the riders input per watt and how much the motor adds to it up to its maximum assist level, which is approx 500-600w peak. Torque is the rotational force that drives the motor. More torque means easier acceleration and a better ability to conquer hills.

Why don't you do a simple test yourself?
Just lower torque on all levels to the minimum and see how it feels.
The you turn torque up to the max, but lower support as low as you can set it.
Should give you an idea what's the difference.
