Not a great start to our holiday!
Some thieving f*#kwits stole the whole family’s mountain bike from the back of my truck at Eastern Beach Holiday Park in Caister on Sea Norfolk.

I’ve shared images of them all over social media with the hope to make them too hot to handle.

Specialised Turbo Levo 2021 Yellow.
Trek Powerfly FS9 2019 - Blue Silver
B-Twin Rockrider - Red

If you see the bikes for sale, drop me a post.

The police are aware and have actually been out to do some forensics.

Why are some people such bastards ?

I would have thought that e-bikes with on-frame and software serial numbers would be relatively easy to find, especially on an island.
Crims seem to be more arrogant and surprisingly hard to find. I think we need some tracking devices to help the Police

Sorry to hear this. I had a levo stolen from my garage about 9 months ago. It wasn't insured. I know exactly how you are feeling. It's gut wrenching. At least they don't know where you live. The thieves have also come back on more than one occasion to try and break-in again. So far without success. I've had to put a lot of security in place including A baby monitor next to my bed so I can hear any disturbances within the garage. Sleepless nights.

I’ll happily hunt them down and murder them.

That’s crazy. I agree it’s gutting but no one got hurt and the bikes are insured.
it still sucks, but take the small wins when you can. Man, you’d think the police could help in your situation!

I feel your pain mate - my Levo was stolen from my garage last November. I then installed a security camera/floodlight and alarm but like apac they’ve been back to check whether the bike has been replaced - picked up on the camera. Then I got a call from the Police to say they’d arrested someone who they think has been responsible for many of the bike thefts in our area - but no joy recovering the bike. At least I was insured.

I had my ellsworth chawed 1.5 hrs after pitching up down Hunstanton about 12yrs ago
A shithole holiday park full of chavas.
6mnths later 630am my phone beeped from a saved search on ebay and there y go, in Luton.
I rang the police but they tried passing me off to one another, so rang someone in the force and then I was getting calls from the cops.
Good luck with getting them back, and try the saved search via ebay.

Being on holiday is a problem with ebikes/bikes, as you’re riding or driving them on show round popular areas. The only thing you can do nowadays is never ever let them out of your site. When they are stored they need wall mounted chains and again, keeping out of site.
I‘ve had one attempted break in to get our 2 ebikes, CID actually caught the perps mainly because of a footprint on our front door. Since then I’ve installed cameras, an alarm, heaving chains fastened to the wall, blinds so people can’t look in, and high security door bolts. The bikes aren’t insured, they’re never out of sight when being used, then are locked up On return. Sad but true!

At the moment I have invested in saddle alarm there very cheap an quite discrete and comes with a fob that can clip on to the handle bars or you can stick it on a key ring or in ya pocket. The main body of the alarm is clapped to the fame of the seat, when set in alarm mode its dam loud when I say loud its like house alarm loud and works on movement of the bike.
This would also good for the younger kids teens with expensive bikes if a thug takes it from them in the street, all they would need to do is make sure they grab the fob before handing the bike over them they can activate it when their at a safe distance, this would draw so much attention to the thief that they would have to get rid of the bike asap.
P.s hope you get justice and your bikes bake.
Attached file is the alarm.

Thats a really neat unit, I think I will get a couple for me and the boy. Will definately make me feel better when I'm sleeping in the tent pod with the bikes in the central area. Cheers!

Excuse my ignorance, what do you mean by saved search via bay?
