Step through or Low top tube full sus MTB

Good mate of mine needs a step through or very low top tube and dropper post MTB with full sus .....we can find hard tails but no full suss....anybody any suggestions .
Needs easy access due to hip damage which means he cannot get his leg over. ( I know...stop sniggering at the back there Zimmerframe)

Good step through article in the EMTB 2020 magazine. Cannot recall if there are any FS models in there
, I will have a look tonight and let you know if there are.
