Try warranty if you didn't shift more than one gear at the same time.
The multi shift option you can dial in at the app is not good for eMTB.

@Pazman We all have our off days (I've had a few as fellow Forum members will attest), but I'm intrigued to know how you can see missing teeth that are in fact not missing?

Understood. The teeth sure look wonky. But that's what supposedly makes the best shifts. Glad everything is ok.
