Hi All, just took ownership of a brand new Levo Turbo Gen 3 2025, I find the 800mm on the width of the handle bars a bit much, I have just come off a Ghost Lector full carbon 26’ with a handle bar width of 620mm which I like.
1. Has any one changed the width of their Levo bars if so what is it now like.
2. Do the levo Turbo bars need to be 800mm for control
3. What’s your thoughts on having them smaller pro and Cons.
4. what’s the minimum you thing I could get away with.
cheers Avfcbez.

Get some open ended grips and slide them in to test different widths, take the time to experience the widths enough to know what works best for you, then cut bars after the ideal setup is found.

How you finding the gen 3 Levo I am sitting on the fence for one . Had the Gen 2 expert since 2019 .
Binhill, find it larger than my other bikes first ride out hit a lamppost and tore my groin being thrown off so only covered 18mls on it. It’s got great power, pulls like a train and so much tech with the app, really pleased with it so far but need to look at the sag or bounce when pedalling but not been on it enough to set up to my liking, may change the handle bars as to big for me and it’s the size that tried to kill me 🤣

Hang on a minute! "..and tore my groin..."!

FFS @Avfcbes , how long did you take to recover? Not just biking, but walking, shagging etc. What did the nurse say in A&E? Did she bring all her mates in for a look, or was it more subtle and instead of a rush, they came in one by one over the next hour to check the dressing/offer a cup of tea and "while I'm here"...? :ROFLMAO:
Oh, and I assume that it hurt like hell, goes without saying. But was it that deep disabling pain that comes with a kick in the balls or was it sharper but last longer? Tore my groin! ouch and double ouch.

C'mon, details! :)

Tore my groin as in tore the muscle in my groin adductor longus and possible pulled ligament all internal no external wounds, not sore for the first hour but walking after two was f-ing painful, one week on still struggling a little to be fair. The pain is nothing compared to the embarrassment of coming off my bike and watching the transit that I landed in front of drive round me and drive off😱. But yes a very disabling deep pain getting on a bike is a struggle as open up legs and stretching groin brings a strong word or two from the lips 🤬
