Specialized Levo 2019 Comp Carbon 3rd Motor Failure - Options

I have recently had my motor replaced for the third time in less than a year and it's gone again already. At first it was noisy both with and without power and now the cranks slip around after I've stopped peddling for a about a quarter of a turn. I love the bike but I'm losing faith last time I was without a bike for three weeks. @Specialized Rider Care are you able to help out here please.

Check the freehub on the rear wheel. It sounds like it’s binding which can actually have ill effects on the motor.
Honestly maybe take it to another Specialized dealer, whatever the issue is it may be out of your current retailer’s depth

Carbon frames are a mess for bad dissipation
