Still bit hacked of about have to take to dealers for update but I was told today that once it’s been done I can then do it from mission controle app any one else know anything about it

Bought new today 2021 Turbo Creo with available firmware updates. Display is listed as current 2C.B.0 with latest 2E.B.0 update available but when I try to install the Turbo Connect Display update it says, "To begin this process, your device needs to be set in "update" mode according to the manual". I cannot find anything in the manual that describes this process. Also strange that I initially saw three out of date firmware items, battery, motor and display, but now the battery has dropped the latest update and indicates 2.4.11 is the latest, not the 2.4.15 that I took a screenshot of. Puzzling.
