Levo Gen 2 Specialized assistance programme UK.

Has anyone in the UK used the Spesh assistance programme to buy any parts and how does it work? i need a new TCU for my 19 levo turbo as mine is officially dead ( tested against a known good one). I see the rrp is £160 which strikes me as pretty dear but i believe there is an assistance programme which would allow me a 25% discount as i am the original owner. Can i buy over the phone from a respected retailer like Berkshire cycles or do i have to go to a specific spesh shop and present the broken part?Thanks in advance for any advice.

Just speak to Berkshire and they will give you the best option

Sorted now thanks. local shop did it and as they deal with spesh they got me 30% off on the assistance programme which did sweeten the pill. They did have to see the bike and reciept though which wasnt a bad thing as they did an update and diagnostic check whilst it was there. Thanks everyone for the input.
