Help please!

I received my new ebike today, all is largely looking good but I noticed the wire from the controller to the computer is not plugged in. It appears there is a slot for it, I tried lightly pushing it in but it didn't click in as I expected and I don't want to force anything and damage it.

I assume this wire goes where I think it does? Should it pop in? Is there a specific tool? How do I do it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorted it now. It just needed pushing in a bit harder!
