Description 2021 Orbea Rise M-LTD
Size: Large
Color: Coal Blue/Red Gold

Nearly new, only 10 hours on it. 37lbs! This bike is a ROCKET. Definitely the ultimate “light EMTB”. Nearly double the power of a Turbo Levo SL and weight that’s competitive with a lot of trail/enduro non-ebikes.

I paid $11926.42 with tax and shipping.

Upgrades (almost $3000 total):

Full Ride Wrap Tailored kit, professionally installed by Trail Head Cyclery - $500
Specialized Traverse SL wheels - $1500
Uberbike finned brake pads - $32
Whisky No.9 carbon bars - $140
Newmen Evolution SL 318.2 stem - $115
KS LEV-CI 175mm dropper- $450
Ergon GA2 grips - $30

Why am I selling? I already have a Turbo Levo and certainly can’t justify keeping both. I wanted to try something lighter. I really like the way the Rise handles, but ultimately I miss the full power of the Levo on the really steep climbs.

Extras

2x Fox 34 seal kits (for lower leg service)
Fox 34 seal driver tool
Shimano TL-FC39 lockring tool; you need this in order to remove the 1-piece chainring
Stock pads
2x Replacement Uberbike pads; they come from the UK so I ordered an extra set to save on shipping
Stock grips

Includes charger and all accessories/manuals/etc.

Condition Notes:

There is a small nick on the left fork stanchion and some scratches on the back of the lower leg. I repaired the stanchion with epoxy to minimize any lasting effects. There is a small ding on the downtube. These are all from the same incident, I fell over on a rock after stalling trying to ride up some stairs. Total bonehead maneuver, but not a major crash. The wheels have some scratches but are in great shape. Otherwise the bike is perfect.

60nm not enough power?
Not for me. I have some climbs I ride regularly that are north of 1000ft/mile. They are totally doable with 60Nm but I found myself redlining more than I'm comfortable with. Everywhere else the Rise is REALLY good, but I spend a lot of time riding the steep stuff too. In any case that's just me, there are plenty of people who will be totally happy with 60Nm (and many with less :) )
