I got my levo expert in a week . In fact the dealer had the new frame for me before I had posted mine in so nobody had even seen the damage in headset in the flesh just a video. I got different different colour but happy with it . Good luckHi everyone, I contacted specialized rider care today for an update and they have told me as a gesture of good will my frame will be getting replaced with a new one as my frame is now written off. I've asked for an ETA but they can't give me that just yet, I'm hoping it won't be too long does anyone have an idea of how long it may be? Also I'm really happy with the outcome in the end as my frame will now be getting replaced. Do they have new 2020 frames or will. It be 2022? They have told me it will be like for like so I'm guessing the colours are the same.
