Agree on expert being better value but I’ll replace suspension either way and have an x01 drivetrain ready to put on so I’m still debating

Hubs definitely took some getting used to (volume) but I am a fan. Definitely like the way the hydras engage.

The color is much less important than the bike type. I ride the Expert Carbon 2022 and love every minute, feels more in control than the Levo Comp I rode previously. I also swapped the rear shock to EXT Astoria Lok V3, Shimano breaks m820 Saint, and installed SmasPot Coil Spring Conversion kit in the front shocks Smashpot - Fork Coil Conversion System Kit
