Recently experienced failure of charger on my 2019 Levo, charger blinking red led, would charge bike approximately 10% overnight. Tried using charger from the wife’s Vado, and bike charged right up (though slower due to smaller charger from Vado). In to my local shop we go to address charger issue, both bike and charger dropped off. Pick up bike from dealer and told all is good, asked how they determined bike was charging correctly, “bike led’s are blinking at charge port”. Got home and plugged in bike with suspected faulty Levo charger, same behavior as before dropping at dealer, red flashing led on charger. Called Specialized Rider Care, explaining situation, they could see in their system that bike had been in for service, I offered to submit a video showing charger and bike led behavior. Within a few days got email thanking me for video and that new charger was being shipped. Thanks Lacey, in US Specialized Rider Care! It’s great when a company stands behind their product.
