Shock oil???

Any ideas why the oil in neg neg cans like this?

I dunno, but the manufacturer's website will tell you. I wouldn't bother trying to find an equivalent from Halfords.

Its tftuned oil, just wondering about the bubbles, if its normal to see that a day after riding.
