Everywhere is written that the new MTB Di2 12-speed direulier is only compatible with Shimano motors.
I want to use it on E-bike with another motor, just to connect it to a voltage, of course, it would be without automatic shifting.
(Something like Sram AXS which dont need a motor connection)

Know somebody how to connect it? Is there some schematic diagram? is there such possibility?
What signal is going from Shifter to Derailleur?
See the example picture:

You found a way to connect it. When I wanted to connect it without the engine to a regular bike. But I have a problem because the derailleur doesn't work. Is there a way to get around this?

Won't work without a Shimano Motor. The shifter tells the motor you want to shift gears. The motor then tells the derailleur to then shift gears.

The shifter cannot directly tell the derailleur to shift with these models of shifter and derailleur. You must have a Shimano Motor linking them together.

Do you think there's a way to "get around" this? For example, using the XT Di2 SC-MT800 display.

The software to drive the derailleur, is in the Shimano Motor. The only way to run the derailleur without a motor, would be to reverse engineer the gear changing software in the motor, and build an electronic device to perform that function.

It would be far easier to just get a 12 speed SRAM GX AXS hanger mount derailleur. Many people have run them on a 12 speed Shimano cassette and chain. They work fine. The kit sells here in Australia for about AUD$850.
