So I ran over a downed tree branch while night riding and it got stuck in my rear wheel. Not realizing how big it was, it apparently took part of the speed sensor with it. I'm not expecting this to be covered under warranty (though I'll give canyon a call), so I took to Google to find the part. What I found on Google looks different from what's on the bike. Does anyone know what part I need? Or if this one will fit? For the Shimano E8000 system. I've included pics of my broken sensor which has a diamond shaped mounting plate, and a pic of the Googled part.

I called Shimano since Canyon doesn't cover any of the Shimano steps system. Apparently you can interchange the SM-DUE 11 and the SM-DUE 10. Only difference is the way it mounts and clearance. Shimano said it will not void the warranty regardless of which one you use.
