Error E02000 how can fix it

Shimano advises that this is a communication error between the battery and the motor. Check that the battery cable to the motor is connected properly.

I would like to know which is the best tuning for my Shimano ep8?
Speedbox, Stunlocker or any other software tuning program? eplus or emax...
Anyone any options...

The program for Windows is FREE to get information about the bike and change settings which are not related with derestriction.

The Premium licence costs 30 EURO excluding VAT and you can change speed limits. Allegedly a dealer can tell if this has ever been done with so no doubt that would affect any warranty. And it's not just a matter of plug'n'play, you have to downgrade the motor software to an earlier version, make changes then have to upgrade back to the current version. Need to be conversant with loading software packages onto Windows and Android, navigate folders and copy/unzip/run/delete files.

I've done it a few times; motor throws up an error after changing old softare settings everytime but upgrading clears that - bit nail biting though . . .

You can change things back to standard but I understand there will still be evidence of historic changes . . .

Shimano have been known to refuse warranty claims, even if you only used software to help diagnose your problem!
