So what was the point of the video? Are you concerned it is faulty? It is normal and merely the noise of the main drive wheel meshing with the pinion both of which are straight cut rather than helical. Straight cut is stronger but noisier. The drive noise can be reduced by allowing a little free play between the straight cut gears. It also reduces wear. That is what Bosch and Shimano have chosen to do.
The rattle happens when you freewheel because of the grab by the chain as the rear suspension moves. It is more noticeable on some bikes than others probably due to different rear triangle arrangements and shock performance.
