You can easily do that with your phone on the app , set trail and boost wherever you want them .
You can’t change eco though .

Its annoying that as eco is the one I'd like to adjust

Yes me too , just half of eco would be great for long rides or riding with pedal bikes

You can't set trail and boost wherever you want them. Only Low, Medium, or High. E-Tube not as good as the Specialized Mission Control App that lets you adjust % assistance in each mode including Eco. And overall power % as well.
