Focus Jam`2 factory 2017 with Shimano E8000

8500km now in 5.5 years in ALL weathers (all year commter). Doeas not see much offroad but does see salty roads.

Yesterday the motor started making a grinding/clicking noise, then went away. This morning it came back, got louder and then went away, but afterwards there was a significant loss of power. Motor still works but does not output 250W, probably half of that. I suspect that one (or more) of the magnets in the motor have left the party. Will have a look once I install the replacement.

Keep in mind that the whole lifetime of the bike I have run it " Tuned" with 50km/h max speed on motor

Probably normal lifespan?
Btw Battery is also pretty bad now.
