Shimano (and other motors) repaired by these fellas

Locating someone to service and repair Shimano motors seem to be a challenge in the UK
Mate of mine has a Focus Jam 2 and his motor needed some serious love
Sent it to these chaps and it’s now sorted
He’s well pleased with their service and their workmanship

Does not say on their website if they can deal with the dreaded E010 error code, i suspect not!

Just spoke to my mate
He couldn’t remember exactly where they are apart from up North somewhere ?
But he said when the enquiry section is filled in on the website , then the address appears
Alternatively give the advertised number a call
Apparently the chap is super helpful and communicates promptly

Can only hope that more of these places start up soon. And for batteries too.

I guess the biggest issue will be getting spare parts for the motors?
