Sending Kenevo Cadence and Power data to Garmin

I've got a 2018 Kenevo and Garmin Edge 1000 and just wondering if and how I can send the power and cadence that is available in the Specialized Mission Control smartphone app / Kenevo motor/battery to the Garmin?

I've already installed the Specialized Turbo Levo Data Field on my Garmin, however haven't yet connected it with my Kenevo as it's stored out of town (hopefully riding it this weekend so can try out then).

I've read as much as I could find online but it's still not clear to me if I can send that data (or any of the other data that the Specialized Mission Control smartphone app senses) from the motor to the Garmin.

I understand a fake channel can be set up to display battery life, however I'm not sure if that can be customised to something else like cadence or power?

I have a Garmin cadence sensor to stick on the crank arm but I'm hoping that's unnecessary.

Also, what options can I select for the fake channel as I won't want to use heart rate (as I do physically use one of those Garmin chest sensors) and also cadence (like I said before, I'll use my Garmin cadence sensor if I have to).

Any heads up and help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Works like a dream you just pair the sensors with the garmin as you do any sensor, one tip though, I found Bluetooth to give false readings so turn that off once paired and go with ant + only, I use a Garmin Fenix 5 and a garmin 130 edge did use a 1000 but sold that and bought the 130 as I preferred a smaller unit on my bars.

Theolegit, with the Garmin 130 edge can you get battery status to display on the Garmin screen?
You can but only via a fake field ie you have to sacrifice either cadence, power or heart rate, I’m hoping specialised will covert their data field for it, would then be perfect. At the mo I use my fenix 5 for power/mode display, I bought the 130 as it’s meant to mirror that and act as a head unit for the 5 but that’s gonna happen in a update so im told.

Cool. So does the battery automatically transmit ant+ for power and cadence individually or both under the same bike/battery ID?
E.g. I'll go to add a sensor for cadence on the Garmin, it'll find the bike then I'll repeat to add a power sensor and it'll find the same bike ID?

It was individually on my levo so should be the same on yours you get a ant+ transmission and a Bluetooth one. So you have the option to select ant, Bluetooth or both, Bluetooth was giving me really unusual data at one time I averaged 75mph on a 15 mile ride!!! I wished.

So I have made it to my bike. On the Garmin, went to add sensor, all types and it found a combined speed and cadence sensor, and a power sensor from the Kenevo battery, both have the same sensor ID #. I quickly tested them out by picking up the bike and hand pedaling, seems all to work, including the Specialized data field, hurrah!

One thing I noticed, the Garmin is asking me if I want to calibrate the power sensor. I'm not sure what to do or if I should do at all because I don't know if the power read out is rider power or combined with motor power. Hopefully will be riding tomorrow and can see what it looks like it probably is.

Hi. Did you ever manager to calibrate your power meter? I have bought an Edge 520 and Rider Power is the only thing I can’t get that I want. Any tips?? Thanks
