Seat post cube

Hi just got my cube through the post seat post is at the highest point and wont go down any ideas.cheers

Mine does that when the cable is not tight enough.

There should be a barrel adjuster by the trigger. Try winding it out to tighten the cable.

(If you go too far then the seat post will not lock when you release the trigger).
