I've got a problem that's driving me crazy can anyone help, my front disc rotor kicks to the right hand side and hits the pad and I can't work out why, I've tried 3 brand new rotors ( one of which I've put on the back wheel and it's fine), I've got a brand new wheel with tube and tire as I thought it was my old hub although it still behaves the same as my old wheel, when I spin the wheel it also looks like the full wheel kicks to the side as well as the disc, when I'm riding it gets worse when cornering. The only things left I haven't replaced are the fork and thru axel so I'm wondering if it's something to with the thru axel, anyone got any ideas. Cheers

A video would be helpful. Are you saying that multiple front wheels are wobbling to one side, just the rotor, or what?

If two different wheels are wobbling, either they're both having the same problem, or something with your fork is way off.

Does your fork use a floating axle? If so, do you know how to set them?

Your problem lies with your forks. Your thru axle would allow the hub to move if it was not torqued sufficiently but any incorrect alignment would be variable rather than a constant like you are experiencing.
Check the fork drop outs are not damaged and are clean.
As above, if your forks have one leg adjustable for alignment ( e.g Fox 38)....re adjust it.
If all else fails and you have the option ( loan etc) swop out the forks to see if that resolves the issue.
