I went over a tree branch really fast and the top dial LSC blew off and the oil went over my face and I lost the parts from the top part. I have put arrow where the parts screw in to.
How can I fix this?

Contact TF Tuned and ask them. I'll bet that they will have all the parts you need.

I would be asking myself how this could have happened? If you don't know, it could happen again. We've all hit stuff at speed and not had the top of the damper side blow off. Even if the fork was fully compressed in your impact, the top of the damper side should not just blow off like that.

It looks to me as though that countersunk head screw came loose.
